My Fiance’s experience has been nothing less than great here. The bondsman and his staff are professional they have a heart and are compassionate.
The people that work here have been very patient and helpful during the time I needed them. If I had any questions that I didnt trust what the Sheriff office was telling me I called them and they were very helpful.
I called to see about bonding my brother out. I told the lady upfront I didn’t know how the process worked cause I’ve never done this before. At first she was polite and told me to call back so she could run a background check first so that I wouldn’t have to make that drive. When I called back she was busy and asked me to give her a few minutes. I called back 20 minutes later and she was very ugly. Told me she wouldn’t take the bond cause she was busy with other people needing to be bonded out and that she had “told me” she would call me back. Well #1 she never even asked my name nor phone number and #2 she asked me to call back not that she’d call me. Then while I was trying to apologize and tell her I thought she wanted me to call back she hung up on me. Great way to run a business. Even if in the end she didn’t want to still do to hang up when I was trying to apologize to her was very rude and unprofessional .
