I really appreciated the courtesy and professionalism that was displayed by the staff during a very difficult experience. Although the gentleman who assisted me, Alex, was great, another particular staff member, Vickie, really stood out to me. I watched her as she demonstrated a thorough knowledge of her job and the system. Even when a client came in less than acceptable, she responded in a respectful, yet no nonsense manner. In spite of that, she continued to serve the client with a kindness and compassion that really wasn’t expected.
Vickie, also stepped in to assist with my situation. She was wonderful!! I pray that I’ll never need their services again; but if I do, I won’t hesitate to use them.
Alex was able to help me during a very difficult time. He was able to answer all of questions which were a lot and provide me with peace of mind that my loved one would have the help he needed. Alex went above and beyond and even called me to let me know status updates. He made a horrible situation a little easier. Am really thankful for the help
Trent was great he was super helpful and the only person to answer my questions I had in the middle of the night! I even called multiple times with small questions and he was not annoyed at all! Great customer service.
