Santellan was taken into custody without incident. He was then transported to Resolute Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries sustained during the incident at Wal-Mart and he will soon be booked into the Comal County Jail where bond will be set at $200,000.

He is charged him with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (a 2nd degree felony). At approximately 2:00pm, members of the US Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted NBPD by serving the arrest warrant at the suspect’s home in the 1800 block of West Bridge Street.
