It is important to remember the projectile will come down when fired in the air. BPD was recently called to the scene where it appeared a gun had been fired in the air and projectiles landed on a vehicle and in the streets of a neighborhood. Your bullet, your responsibility.

If you live in the county you are legally allowed to discharge your weapon on your property. However, if the projectile extends beyond your property line, you could be held criminally and civilly responsible for any injuries or property damage. https://t.co/xRBU4qUlrp
