The Burleson Police Department is headed by Billy Cordell who is the current Chief of Police. He is helped in his duties by Deputy Chief D. Sandifer, Deputy Chief C. Havens and Deputy Chief C. Aaron. At approximately 4:37 am Burleson 911 received for a possible shooting in the 100-block of Redhaw Ct. Burleson PD arrived on scene, rendered aid to a Hispanic male in his 40’s who had a gunshot wound. Victim transported to JPS, condition is unknown. Investigation is ongoing.

@keithhair9 The shooting was promoted over a dispute between two neighbors, culminating in the death of Mr. Zoerner. After examining the details of the case and consulting with the Johnson County District Attorney, Investigators arrested Mr. Murphy for murder & will present a case to the DA.
